The service is excellent. We are very satisfied again. Only we had very distressed towels. They should be renewed. And we missed our welcome drinks at arrival.

Groethes naar nederland. Had some small cracks in the wall, and dobt know what others complain on here that the bed was hard, but slept really well. Free water and breakfast in the price was good. Swimming pool was also nice but has some sharp tiles in it. Breakfast was also good (the thai version). Where a few minut too late with checking out but was no problem. Staff helpef carrying the luggage.

De doorzichtige badkamer muur vond ik erg uniek . Het ligbad was ook designer ontwerp , zo mooi losstaand . Fijn dat er ook een douch zelfs bij was

Het kan veel beter voor dat geld
Vriendelijk persooneel, kamers hebben op knap beurt nodig, zwembad was niet bruikbaar toen we daar waren door vervuild water, restaurant is veel te duur, ze maken misbruik van toerisme verderop kan ook goed eten voor maar 10% van de kosten in hotel restaurant, je moet het maar net weten

Op de foto’s lijkt het mooi. Jammer genoeg is het hotel niet goed onderhouden, zowel in de kamer als in de openbare ruimte. Erg jammer, want het design is mooi. Daarnaast mag er wat extra aandacht gegeven worden aan de schoonmaak van de kamer.

Hotel met een prettige ligging dichtbij Suvarnabhumi Airport; de enige reden waarvoor je dit hotel zou kunnen kiezen. In de buurt is niks te doen. Onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Prijzen van luchthaventransfers die per dag veranderen.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very conveniently within 11 minutes by car to the airport, or the same time with the hotel-provided airport shuttle service. The location is not good for anything other than to be near BKK airport.

We were very excited to go to this hotel. We loved the photos we had seen of it. We stayed in Vismaya for 1 night. The night before our flight home. The bed was very big, what we considered as a good thing but it wasn't comfortable at all! We both woke up with back - and neckpain and we are 22 and 21 years old! We didn't feel ready for our long flight at all. Staff wasn't so nice either. The English of the restaurant staff wasn't good. We felt really unwanted in the hotel. The bath is fabulous! But I would not recommend this!

Veel te duur vergeleken met andere hotels in pattaya en buriram,.. comfort en luxe is er totaal niet,.. service was wel goed, bij aankomst had ik schade opgelopen met huur auto, en de portier van hotel stond gelijk klaar om de auto te cleaneren en mij te helpen,.. voor de rest was het gewoon slecht een veel te duur, ze maken misbruik van de toeristen, omdat de locatie 5 min van het vliegveld is, ik had een pizza besteld voor 290 bath en voor dat geld verwacht je heel wat, de pizza was zo klein dat je hem bijna niet zag liggen op je bord

We verbleven hier één nacht voor onze vlucht terug naar huis. Prima hotel, vliegveld dichtbij.

Gekozen voor locatie. Moet echt het nodige onderhoud gepleegd worden. Waterval zwembad werkt niet, tegels afgebroken, handdoeken versleten. Kamer wifi slecht, water in douche koud/warm/koouuddd...! Niet echt schoon. Erg gehorig. Eten in restaurant prijzig. Shuttle perfect. Personeel gastvrij. Omgeving is helemaal niets. Prima hotel voor één nacht voor heen of terugvlucht

Nice hotel, stylish and modern, Thai food is quite good, western food you need to eat western and not in Asia. Breakfast did end up in food poisening. :(

Your perfect relax stay close to BKK
Close to the airport BKK, but quiet place. Pool is big enough for a good swim. Pool closes at 9 Pm. Towels for pool are provided. Restaurant good and reasonable priced. Suggestion: check directly if you have hot water in the shower. I got a taxi at BKK. Taxi driver used the meter ( I wanted that ) and still wanted to charge me 200 baht...hotel staff helped me straight away. Meter 87 bhat + 50 baht fee for the airport ( for every transport goes 50 baht to the airport) makes 137. Low traffic If you like to see things close to your hotel: take a taxi or another hotel because there s nothing to do

The room was big but the bathroom is starting to show wear and tear. There were no washcloths or hand towels, only 2 large bath towels. No iron or ironing board either. The breakfast was good if not unhealthy. I only ate the watermelon. Everything else looked very unhealthy. The coffee was terrible, asked for cream, said they didn't have any.they only had milk I paid for breakfast and two airport transfers. When I arrived I asked for an early morning transfer, they asked why time my flight was and I told them 8:30 They said I had to be there 3 hours before I said no I don't I'm traveling business we have "fast track" and I wasn't checking any bags. I asked that I leave around 6:45 specifically saying as long as I was there by 7. Since breakfast was a bust I was ready to go earlier. by 6:20 I told the front desk I could go anytime. By 6:40 I asked how long it would be. She said they wouldn't be leaving until 7 that that was what I booked. I told her, no, that's not what I booked ONLY then did they tell me that they run every hour on the hour. This was never mentioneded in the description, when I checked in, or when I told them I could leave earlier, not until I asked why I had to wait so long, there were 3 transfers sitting in the parking lot. At this point, I'm upset and they offer me a ride, but I had to pay $180 Baht. I didn't get a refund for the additional cost of transfers. Communication is terrible. I should have got $ back.

Great value hotel with really friendly staff and good location for the airport. Has everything you need and that little bit extra (restaurant, pool, bar). But no frills. So don't expect the shiny extra touches. That said me and my wife had a great stay and will definitely be booking again on our next stay in Bangkok

The shuttle service from the airport and the big breakfast in the morning was my favorite. The staff was always attentive and helpful with anything you needed. The wifi is kinda slow and in and out but still usable if you have patience. The pool looked inviting and saw others enjoying it. The quiet room is just what I needed to recover from the long trip, then head into the city

Shuttle service and staff were amazing. Area was a little remote but fine if you’re not leaving the hotel. The room didn’t have a lamp or reading light so once you turned off all of the overhead lights, you were left in darkness.

The room was perfectly suited for my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of reception. The ladies at reception were exclusionary with their constant use of Thai in my presence. They both spoke English so there was no excuse for their lack of manners.

Absolute garbage hotel. I highly recommend you DO NOT bring a date there. A totally see-through curtain from the bedroom to the bathroom is what this hotel considers privacy
