The hotel is in excellent condition with a huge outdoor pool, as well as a Japanese style bath and gym. Plus, several restaurants attached to the property Would definitely stay here again.'

'The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security. We didn’t arrive until 3AM due to our flight but since I had emailing the hotel about our arrival time, someone was there to greet us which was much appreciated after traveling for 23 hours.

'Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you! '

"Zalige cruise met leuke activiteiten! Mooi en nieuw interieur. Vriendelijk personeel! Een onvergetelijke ervaring! Het personeel regelde voor ons ook vervoer naar onze volgende stop: Cat ba Island, omdat de cruise heel dicht bij het eiland stopte. Zo hoefden we niet met de transfer terug naar Tuan Chau. Als we dan toch 1 opmerking moeten geven, is het dat de drankjes aan de dure kant zijn in vergelijking met andere locaties die we deden in Vietnam. "
