I’m actually very surprised at such a poor rating. Although it was actually your sister that stayed with us, she seemed quite happy while she was here. The fact that she said she hoped she would be back, led me to believe there were no issues. I’d really love the opportunity to find out exactly what, if any, problems there were with the room or the breakfasts. Looking over past reviews of our B&B, leads me to believe that perhaps this rating was completed in error.

And I'm happy the weather cooperated and you were treated to the sunshine in your views. And you are right, the room is a little small. In fact it's the smallest one we have. I'm not sure how Expedia displays our selection of room choices but there was a larger one available at the time of your booking.
