'Nice place and very convenient to Garner State Park. I’m used to getting a code to gain access, but had to drive an extra 25 minutes to get the key. I have never had to pay for linens before and you will have to do that here. Kitchen was nicely stocked, but we did have to buy some hand soap for one of the bathrooms. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Manager was very responsive with communication. '

'Nice quiet getaway in Leakey. Nicely located to the Frío river and other activities. The view is great. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked. There is a swim hole near by. Our family had a nice time. We tubed down the frío, went to Joe Jimmy's dancing and went into town for some items and coffee at Josh's. '

'We were looking for a quiet, private getaway and this little house provided just that. While the house could use a little maintenance (some paint chipping), it is equipped with anything you might want in the kitchen and the bedrooms are very comfortable and inviting. The living room also had comfortable seating and games to play along with a nice TV. We stayed in two days and out two days. The outside was well equipped too from the grill and fire pitt to the bench swing and adirondack style...

'So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot.'

'We had an awesome stay. Was really easy to get settled in and start having our weekend getaway. Owner was really easy to get ahold of. Pool was amazing with the pavilion right next to it and river right on the other side of the pavilion, it is a perfect setup. River was low but the access is at a good spot in the river that’s still cold and deep enough. All around good stay and would definitely go back again. '

'Check in and check out was great. Very clean house and plenty of room I loved the fenced pool all they way around and the location was perfect not too far from town or river. '
