We loved how close to town the house is and just a short drive to Garner. With the houses, pool, river, pavilion, and games we had everything we needed right there. Thanks so much for hosting us!'

'We decided last minute to take a group trip to the Frio and were lucky enough to find this gem available. It fit our group perfectly so that everyone had a bed and also tons of living space inside. House had plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved playing volleyball outside. Dining area was HUGE! Location was perfect and within walking distance to Hippie Chic's River Shack where we ate dinner twice. Super short drive down to both crossings. Julie was super nice & prompt to answer any questions...
