'This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...

'First off, I had reservation for check in at 3pm. When checking in I was told my room wasn't ready due to having the some water damage in the room. I had stated to the clerk at the front if I was going to get a room with water damage, he stated "no". Around close to 5pm I was able to finally able to check in to my room. 'Not clean. Sheets not white. Stains on everything. Took $60 deposit for any stains or anything wrong with the room, when the room was already filthy. Deposit was returned and was aware of the pre-stains.'

'The lobby and gym were nice, but the rest of the experience felt very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark, had low ceilings, and didn’t feel especially clean, and there were many older-style rooms with sliding glass doors opening directly to the parking lot. Unfortunately, the deadbolt on our room door also didn’t work. We felt unsafe enough that we quietly left and booked another hotel instead — without even requesting a refund — simply because we no longer felt comfortable staying there.'

'Ive stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10-12 years, 3 different brands, and I will say the property is run down, roach infested over-priced accomodations. Pay a few more $, pass this place.'

'The staff was super nice, however, thats where it ended. The elevator got stuck going up to our room. We couldnt use the other one because it was out of order. The room smelled like mold and needed to be updated. Was gross.'
