'The stay is in a great area. All spots in old san juan are walkable from this place. The water heater was not working when we checked in. The owner was responsive and got it fixed. The floor was peeling off. '

'The property is high up into the mountains and it took about 48 minutes to get there The place was super clean and in great shape. The only issue was the toilet didn’t work great and they tried to repair it. The people in the area are very nice and you always feel safe. Other than the long drive into the mountains it was a nice place to stay. '

'You get what you pay for. Old building and room needs some freshening up - paint, but you are in Old San Juan which is really a cool place. You are directly across from two bars and next to one, so it is a bit noisy late into the night (use the ear plugs). If you are looking to party each night into the wee hours then this is an awesome location. Room 11 has a detached bathroom you will need to cross a hallway, but you are at the end of hall. Air conditioner in the room is awesome - sincerely...

After a longer stay in Vieques we stayed at a different place before returning to NY that we did not like as much as your place even though it had more amenities. The check in process was flawless. 'Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place.'

'The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! '
