'It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .'

'House is 5 bedrooms 2 en-suite and1.5 baths. It was clean and exactly what we needed with 3 adults and three teens. Lots of space, great WiFi and a myriad of nature outside the door. Area felt safe and we ate at the Indian 3 min walk away two nights in a row. Waterman’s Arms 10 min walk was excellent for a full English. An Asda is 10 min away also! A choice of DLR stations made it perfect for getting everywhere. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again '

'Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. '

'Right let's start with the negatives, which there only a few. Think you can tell the property is a work in progress, definitely needs something things sorting out. Lovely big kitchen, but definitely needs fitting out, with a lot more stuff. Only Minor stuff, like tea towels, utensil draw needs sorting out properly. Definitely needs a lick of paint, don't get me wrong, the house was clean and tidy. Then the living room, furniture as seen better days, and even though there was 6 off us, not enough...

'Stayed overnight to watch a show at the new Soho Theatre which is a couple of stops away on the Suffragette line.Location is quiet and easy to find, and check-in process was all done via WhatsApp with Carolina who was super helpful and attentive.The apartment is modest sized but clean and amazingly furnished. It's quite pricey, considering, but having our own space in London was great with easy links, so worth it.'

'House was clean, tidy & as described.During our stay the heating decided it didn't want to work and the bathroom light went out in support. Response was quick and hassle free. The bathroom light was fixed promptly and whilst the heating issue didn't get resolved immediately as it was complicated, convection heaters were supplied as a temporary fix. We'd stay again. '
