'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Avoid this Hyatt during holiday weekends. The hotel management was a complete disaster and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, but it took nearly two hours before we got our room keys. Traffic in front of the hotel was completely backed up. Our car sat in line for about an hour just to reach valet parking. The valet operation was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the number of arriving guests. After finally...

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'The AC in room 118 never really cooled the room had to run and by a fan to help circulate the air but over night it ended cooling but probably because the room was facing the west side and yes that weekend of our stay was extremely hot'

'The tv was hacked and it peeled turing on every hour with a message saying "are you there?" Which was a bit weird. The valet parking people were very nice and helpful. Also Avion was very helpful when we needed help to bring down our luggage.'

'I chose this hotel because it’s a DoubleTree by Hilton, and I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool, but it was filthy and clearly not being maintained. 'Op loopafstand van de riverwalk. Parkeerplaats voor €32 plus belasting zou van je deposit afgehaald worden. Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht.
