'Super verblijf in een klassiek pand. Niet te ver van Alamo en Riverwalk met Uber. Grote kamer, gemoedelijke sfeer. Ontbijt is wat beperkt. De manager is zeer behulpzaam en is altijd te benaderen.'

'El cuarto estaba limpio'

'Clean parking lots,restrooms clean,rooms clean'

'I had a 5-night reservation and only stayed one night. The room was dirty: stained walls, peeling floors, and it hadn’t been swept. The fire alarm was also missing its cover, which I found concerning from a safety standpoint. The exterior of the property looked very neglected as well. I understand you don’t expect luxury at this price point, but cleanliness is the bare minimum for a place to sleep, and that wasn’t met here. To their credit, I was refunded for the unused nights with no issues....

'Clean big room, staff were friendly and very accommodating!'

'This hotel is simply amazing. Everything is perfect about it. 10/10 ! Thank you !'

'Awesome place. Great bars and restaurant. Quiet room.'

'Needed more convenient outlet for CPAP and chargers.'

'The room was very clean and comfortable. They served a nice, complete breakfast in the morning. The hotel was located within walking distance of many of the sites in San Antonio.'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'Dicht bij centrum/riverwalk. Badkamer en handdoek niet schoon'
