'We love this hotel. It was an unexpected surprise in the middle of Springfield downtown. There’s lots of food options right around this hotel, and we also went up to the rooftop bar, which is a blast! Bed was comfortable, clean in the room and all around the grounds, and the staff was nice. Highly recommend.'

'Everything was good except the continental breakfast is a cold breakfast during the week. So cereal, yogurt and toast. They only have forks and knives. I asked for a spoon and they said they are out, so now I’m trying to eat cereal and yogurt with a fork. Cereal was very difficult and ended up throwing it away!!'

'I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!'

'I liked this hotel. It was on the back end of our 6,000 mile trip. This hotel was great! They sold out our room that was we booked in February, but the desk lady was great. My only complaint was parking. It was difficult to find a spot. Vehicles with trailers took up 5-7 spots because of how they parked. I think this needs to be addressed somehow because there were only like 3 spots left and cars parked in places that weren’t even spots. However great hotel. '

'One of the best stays we've had. It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, HVAC worked accurately(!), bath & showwr were excellent & the food was fresh.
The only drawback is getting to the property. It is very convenient geographically but getting to it is not terribly easy. That is minor in light of All the good features and staff at this property.'

"Dit hotel voldoet niet aan de Best Western standaard. Het is een leuk motel als je van oude glorie houdt. Ooit schijnt Elvis Presley hier overnacht te hebben, in die tijd is dit motel dan ook blijven hangen. De inrichting is behouden, wat ook gelijk de staat aangeeft van de kamer.
Motel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg en ook de bezoekers brengen luidruchtige auto’s en motoren mee. Kamers zijn erg klein, net als de ontbijtruimte. Bedden zijn oud en je ligt in de kuil van de vorige gasten. Geen dekbed maar een wollen deken.
Leuk als je in de route66 tijd wilt blijven hangen. Comfort kun je beter elders zoeken."
"We hebben hier goed geslapen! Een groot en fijn bed. Alles was netjes en schoon. Er was een schoon zwembad en een heerlijk warme whirlpool. We zijn op een lange roadtrip en konden hier heerlijk ontspannen. Tip: wil je een leuke avond ga dan bowlen in de buurt bij Enterprise Park Lane. Erg leuk en niet duur! De prijs / kwaliteit is goed (via Expedia in ieder geval) en het ontbijt is prima om je op gang te helpen. We zouden dit zeker aanraden! "
