'The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!'

'the hotel where we slept was horribly right the first week me and my husband were covered with red bumps. the room was not clean. and you have to pay for towels it's just outrageous. even the price. For this hotel what you call a hotel. It's not normal. We spent a week in Tulsa with the same name woodspring suites that was only a clean room and even there you don't have to pay for towels. Just like the internet which is so bad you can only have 2 lines otherwise pay for more lines. and then...

'Staff was fine. We had an old room. Ac poor. Mattress terrible. Room dirty and I had to clean the bathroom. No amenities. Coffee supplies but no coffee maker. No phone in the room. Had to go ask for towels. Stained and sticky carpet. Hole in the Sheetrock in the bathroom. Shower head clogged with deposits. Hard water. Window seal broken so it was cloudy between the panes so you couldn’t see outside. The lobby had breakfast but we didn’t dare assuming the kitchen was as dirty as the room. Trash...

'Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks.'

'I don’t think a hotel this classy needs to lie on their Expedia page about having free parking. It’s fine that it’s a $15/night valet or find your own public parking nearby, but I don’t like being lied to. Also, I didn’t realize we’d have to exit the hotel proper and cross an alley to get to our room, but I guess that was fine since it happened to be between thunderstorms and still light out. The room was very clean and had nice amenities, but the toilet seat was loose and the shower door...
