'It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). 'Apartment was really clean, mostly quiet and in a good location. Host couldn't meet us in person for check-in but the instructions couldn't have been more clear and detailed. Public transport is excellent in Bilbao and there was a bus and tram stop a minute away which connected to the rest of the city. A great stay, would return if we were back in the city and would recommend.'
