'Prima hotel centraal gelegen'

'El apartamento estaba impoluto y nuevo.Por el apartamento ninguna queja.Tuvimos un problema que no supieron solucionar con soltura.Cuando hice la reserva pregunté si podíamos entrar un poco antes en el apartamento y me dijeron que si estaba libre ese día, podría sin problema.Un par de días antes o así me escribieron diciéndome que podría entrar a las 15:00 sin problema.Que me enviarian a esa hora las claves para poder entrar al apartamento.Llegó el día y estuvimos haciendo tiempo.Las 15:15 y aún...

'Simpel, maar net hotel. Ontbijt is wat aan de prijs. Kleine kamer, bijzondere indeling, maar netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk m behulpzam personeel, spreekt Engels. Helaas kon je de temperatuur niet zelf instellen. Als je het raam open deed, vervelende bromtoon. Maar 1 Engelstalige zender.'

'This place was great. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There is no parking nearby which was a downside but the apartment itself had everything we needed. They do have an elevator and air conditioner.'

'Ideally located in Bilbao, close to restaurants,shops and museums. Also easy access with the car.'

'Above my expectations considering the cheap price. This is a student housing but worked well as a hotel, the only minus were lack of toiletries (this was highlighted in the booking information but it is in my opinion an easy thing to add for shorter stays or on request). The hotel is close enough to the centre to walk, but there is also good communication and transportation.'
