'Great Hotel with lovely staff '

'Hotel runs down a lot! The gym, the swimming pool and the room (suite). Please renovate them. Staff are awesome and location isn’t bad but the condition of the hotel is terrible. We wanted to move to the other place if and only if we could get our refund. '

'Net hotel. Vriendelijk en keurige personeel. Jammer dat het door corona erg rustig was. Kamers iets gedateerd, maar schoon en alles werkt. Fijn bed. Kamers zijn wel donker en mijn kamer keek uit op een soort gallerij zonder buitenlicht. Dat maakte de kamer nog donkerder.'

'Short of being a resort and yet a hotel slightly far from town, the only comfort that the hotel provides is free shuttle services and an extremely friendly and bilingual service team who goes all out to help customers. If only facilities and amenities could be upgraded, I would have given it a 4 star rating. '

'Out of the 4 lift, only 2 working. Take very long for the lift to come down to your level. Facilities are old. Variety of dishes for breakfast are the same daily. Only 1 meat. Not palatable:'

'I booked and paid through EXPEDIA 1 room for 2 nights at Formosa Hotel, Batam, Indonesia. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel (by taxi), the hotel was totally CLOSED for renovation!!! It was not easy to find another hotel as we are not very familiar with other hotels in the area. Now let’s see how fast EXPEDIA will refund me. '
