Great winter break!

Our family enjoyed our stay, a very comfortable and welcoming home in a great location. Close to Crackneck Lookout for fabulous whale watching and we enjoyed brunch at nearby Shelly Beach surf club.

We have now been to this property twice, and we will be going again, Nicole the property owner is easy to deal with and property is awesome everything you want for a weekend getaway

Great house

House was extremely accommodating for our family holiday..well stocked kitchen..great location to beaches. We all enjoyed the house and location.would recommend it to all family and friends..lovely host and very attentive to messages.

Excellent house and location

We stayed here with another family with kids and absolutely loved it! Very clean, lots of space and the pool was great and walkable to nearby beaches for more swimming. Will definitely try to book in again.

Nicole is the most gracious and generous host who has thought of everything a family stay needs. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and there was plenty of comfortable rooms for two families together

Great holiday

We had a great stay in october, the house is so well stocked. Niocle provideds so many extras its amazing, the kitchen is stocked very well, making cooking easy.

Lovely relaxing weekend

The perfect spot for a weekend away with friends. The house is beautifully presented, so comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen well equiped. Close to amazing coffee shop and beach. Will be back!

Absolutely beautiful home , the house is huge plenty of space . Very clean and tidy home , House very modern. Nicole had every thing you can think off in the pantry to use .we are definitely coming back . You can walk to the beach . Your family and friends will love the place .

Warm & Welcomimg

This place must be one of the best rentals we have had. It was clean and comfortable, but the amazing thing was the appointment of well matched and more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking pots and pans and extra blankets and pillows and even fishing rods and bikes. The little touches everywhere made it most enjoyable. Well done Nicole.

Lovely home in great location

We were a group of two families with young kids who had a great stay at this home. The home is well-equipped and a well-stocked pantry and kitchen which was good for cooking. We appreciated the welcome basket, and the milk and eggs provided were such a nice touch. Plenty of room for all of us and great communication with the hosts. Some internet connection issues but overall a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay

Great house, excellent layout with lots of different spaces so we never felt crowded despite being there with 5 adults and 3 kids. Unlike other houses we've stayed at, we had everything we needed for a home away from home. There was an issue with the pool when we first got there but Nicole and her husband were very helpful in getting it sorted. Highly recommend

Our family had a terrific stay over Christmas. The house was very clean, comfortable, and there were so many extra little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It was also such a convenient location with the beach across the road, and local shops and eateries a 3min drive away. The outdoor area is perfect for unwinding around the pool and enjoying a nice bbq meal. The kitchen has ample cutlery, crockery and cookwear, so no need to byo. Communication was excellent and Nicole was very warm and accommodating. We felt very lucky to stay here and would happily return again!

Great stay

We had a great stay here with 2 families of 4 (four adults and four kids aged 4-6). Check in process was very smooth and even allowed extra time before official check in and after official check out. This was great for us.The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dry goods. Plenty of clean linen with the option to wash clothes with a working washing machine and laundry. Kids just loved the pool.Cleanliness was generally ok. We have a few sensitive to dust so we’re a bit itchy in the carpet area upstairs and the upholstered couch downstairs. Overall a fantastic stay with a great host and would definitely come back.

Xmas gathering with family

Very impressed with property was very clean , had everything plus more that you needed for a holiday . The welcome basket full a delicious goodies was very welcomed and appreciated . It’s all the little extra things that make your stay enjoyable and not having to worry about anything thank you Nicole we had a great weekend esp the pool and having board games . My only suggestion would be to make a bedroom opposite formal dining a bedroom for elderly people so they don’t have to go up and down the stairs. as there is a shower and toilet downstairs.
