'The room was quiet ,very clean, and great amenities!'

'I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed'

'The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

'You can’t get a better value for your money anywhere else in East Lansing. Excellent property, close to grocery stores, eateries and other stores. Breakfast was way better than the Marriott AC Lansing hotel where we stayed earlier.'

'Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast! Friendly and service oriented innkeeper!! I didn't use the in-room jacuzzi because I didn't have time, but it looked very inviting--and I will try it on my next visit.'

'Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them.'

Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. This place is not available 24/7 '
