Never stay in this hotel
Do not book this hotel! They asked me to pay $30 when I arrived. They said they don't work with hotels.com. I initially refused but since it was past 2 a.m. I ended up accepting their second offer at $20. My room had a strange sweat-like odour. The door would not lock with a key because the lock was broken, so when leaving the room I had to leave the door ajar. Because of that, I wasn't able to go have a breakfast in the morning. There was no water until I asked to fix it. There were no courtains, so the room got bright at sunrise. Not great when you go to sleep at 3 a.m. It was very windy that night because of a storm and there were many windows and doors slammimg all the time. You can stay for half the price in better hotels in the city centre. As per to hotels.com, their customer service is a joke. Zero empathy.

Appealing stay. When we arrived the lady behind the desk says she doesn’t work with hotels.com and refuses to accept our booking. We were forced to pay the full price again and the staff were unapologetic and rude. The rooms smelled bad and the toilet leaked through into the main room. The air conditioning was faulty. Hopefully we can be refunded the cost of our stay as we needed to pay twice.

Personal war nicht sonderlich motiviert. Das Hotel hatte die besten Tage auch schon hinter sich. Es wurden keinerlei Auskünfte zur Stadt, Unternehmungen oder zu sonstigen Aktivitäten beantwortet. In Battambang gibt es noch mehr Hotels, die auch näher oder gar im Stadtzentrum liegen. Es ist eine kleine Stadt und auch das Zentrum ist nicht laut. Das WLAN ist mehrfach ausgefallen. Das Bad war schäbbig. Noch OK, aber gerade so. Das Hotel muss man nicht buchen.

Nasty hotel and crook staff
Filty room. Mud splatter on the wall. Dust mites everywhere. Bathroom is dirty, knob and door are rusty and broken. Toilet bowl hardly working. Bed bugs in the bed. Feel unsafe: someone entered our room while we were gone bc we found cambodian candy wrapper on the table. Upon checkout, Staff pretend do not know how to speak English but they understand pay, cash, and receipt. Did not honor Expedia reservation and made me pay again. Stay away from this nasty hotel and crook staff.
