'Cannot fault here at all every where is spottless our room was spacious even had a settee and small table chairs in .The breakfast was tastey and filling'

'Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.'

'Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed.'
