'We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. '

'Absolutely terrible. The apartment does not nearly match the pictures. Checkin is terrible and confusing, there's no desk. Communication is terrible. Asked to pay RM200 to some QR link as a deposit. The whole thing is a scam really. Hotels.com is responsible for this mess.'
