'Comfortable place if you’re looking for something affordable without fuss. There’s no 24-7 front desk but management is very responsive via phone. Relatively clean. People just need to follow the rules and keep common area clean. Most people bring their dirty habits with when they travel, but for the most part, the facility does well with keeping the property clean and safe. I have been here a few times and plan for more stays.'
'I like staying at The Suites in Duluth, MN. The hotel is by many restaurants and shopping. We like going to the Lift Bridge to watch the ships come in. Check in was fast.The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is wonderful and they have a nice breakfast. Eggs, meat, cereals, bagels, waffles,fruit, juice, and milk. The Suites has a nice pool and hot tub. We definitely will stay there again.'
'This was our first stay at this property. It was neat and clean. We had the proper number of towels, and supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) were well stocked.
Breakfast was good, but the pancake making machine had some problems the third morning.
Staff was courteous and pleasant. The little store at the service desk was a nice feature, too. We found snacks there that we bought and enjoyed during our evening lounge sessions.
I would gladly stay at this hotel again.'
'I liked the hostel setup. Private room, individual bathroom/showers. Not at all like a college dorm, for instance. But more interesting than a chain motel. Good restaurants as well as fast food and gas stations within a block’s walking. Sweet cozy cocktail bar downstairs. '

'The negative is the room didn’t match the photos shared when booking. We had a room with just 2 beds. I booked the room with the impression there would be a "mini kitchen" and sitting room.
The kids loved the continental breakfast and the pool. Having Heggies Pizza onsite was a win.'

Choosing to stay, at the Hampton Inn, was the best choice we made! Great service, breakfast, amenities and overall excellent! 'Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Hot tub worked but less than half of the jets worked. Room was nice and clean. TV worked great. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in your charging devices. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was good. '
