Strandhotels in Bayonet Point

'Was not certain if the roof had issues or not. Tarp material still on it. There is an electrical issue with the microwave. It is on the same circuit as the living room with the "fireplace" under the TV. You cannot have all these devices running at the same time or the circuit will trip. Microwave should be on a circuit by itself. Bathroom doors are hard to open and close. Master bath sink runs slow. The living room and dining areas have been updated and are nice. Garage door needs some work....

'Overall wonderful stay. I visit the area often through out the year because my youngest sibling lives down there and we both were blown away with how nice and beautiful the place was. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Host was great and often emailed kind words and even recommended things to do! Only thing I wish they had was a strainer and pans for the oven. We cooked dinner in a few nights because it had a beautiful full kitchen. Would stay again!'

'The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! '

'It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.'

'The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside...
