'Good'

'TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned excellently and the staff even went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and assist us with our inquiries. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The facilities were spacious, well-thought out, modern and minimalist, and comfortable, with appropriate amounts of AC/heating as well as a...

'The property is fairly new and super clean. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful and well mannered. It is right in the centre of the city with public transport close by. Breakfast is served with multiple choices. A good pick if you travel to Fukuoka.'

'Location was top notch! Very pleased the hotel took our room instructions to push the 3 beds together for the safety of our toddlers. The 2 block radius of this hotel was amazing… You get a bit of everything from cool gachapons stores. For the room itself, we liked the layout. We booked the quadruple bed room. 'The hotel is situated near Nakasu and Tenjin, so both are easily from walkable distance. Hotel is nice, clean and modern. '

'Due to traveling through Asia just booked for 1 night. I was already quite fond when looking for a hotel but my expectations were met. Friendly kind and helpful staff Very nice hygienic rooms Beautiful view from the room The staff even provided me a map of Fukuoka and helped me navigate my way from the hotel to the airport and which busses to take. I wished I stayed a bit longer in the city itself but I will be back one day.'

'Clean & tidy, sincere & helpful, convenient'

'- 2 rooms (twin and double) were very dusty and small when compared to the building we stayed in Kagoshima. - Hotel and Hotels.com website should state that parking is at Tamaya, opposite of the street and not in front of the hotel.'
