'Staff was kind and friendly, room was a nice size , clean, and beds were very comfortable. Homemade cookies were a big hit after 3:00. They had a Mexican restaurant right next door.which has great food. Jacksonville Beach is under a 10 minute drive. Great place to stay and close to everything you would need. Looking forward to going back soon.'

'Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.'

'The location is perfect, the pool and bar/restaurant make it feel like an all inclusive hotel. Access to the beach is so convenient my family and I really enjoyed our time!'

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete.'
