'Courteous staff, easy check in'

'Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch. My kids enjoyed the pool but it is very deep. Room was clean. We had an issue and it was fixed in a timely manner. The property as a whole needs some TLC but it is located less than 10 mins from the historic area.'

'Great location and the outside looked great. When we checked in was told that the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. He had difficulties climbing the stairs. When we got to the room there was a strong musty moldy smell. I’m assuming it was coming from the leak that was under the sink in the bathroom. When we reported it they did send someone right away to repair it. The coffee maker did not work and my husband is an all day coffee...
