'The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced. It didn't work at all and then when they "repaired" it, it was coming out of the wall.'

'The Ponte Vedra Inn and club prides itself on service-upscale amenities- right now the resort is going through refurbishment so the risk -no family pool or adult pool or any appropriate beach access point they also have very limited dining right now the golf club room is it-so despite the setbacks due to the reconstruction, they still always maintain a high level of service just be cautious. There aren’t the traditional swimming pools or beach, access areas or oceanfront dining that the hotel...

'Loved the unit we stayed in. Didn’t love the confusion with the Omni on how they took care of things. You have to check in at the Omni and have access to all of their amenities but heard several times we don’t own that unit so not sure how to deal with that.'

'Central Location of this hotel to both downtown and uptown St Augustine was very good. Staff at the Front desk were very pleasant to deal with. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room we were in was very good. However, the pool and Spa area did not seem to be up to par. One other issue was that the Elevator was intermittently not working. Walked down 4 flights to let the front desk know. They were not aware but took immediate action to attempt to reset the elevator. It didn’t initially reset,...

'The place was just as shown and property was amazing! The pool house, gym facilities and pool were perfect. I loved my stay and recommend it 100%. Less than 20min from beaches and Historic district which was great.'

'If you are looking for a lot of activities in one property for an active older family this is the place to stay. Pool, Sauna, Cold Plunge, Hot Tub, Pickleball, etc and the beach is a 2 min walk. Great host with easy check in and check out.'
