'This was a great place to bring your dog for a weekend at the beach. He liked laying on the cool tiles in the hot summer heat. I loved that I could walk to the coffee shop a block away every morning and that the drive to Publix is just a couple of minutes. Lots of nearby public beach access with a parking lot. And there were lots of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and supplies for dishwashing and laundry. Communication with owners was friendly and fast. We had a great time. '

'Great location! I frequent JAX on a regular basis and will def be booking this location when I want a great location on Jax Beach and need "A lot" of room for 8 grown adults! Also, very child friendly (have a portable crib on site). I will say if you have a larger vehicle (I have a F250) It can be a little of a challenge getting in and out of the property which is a shared parking lot with only one entrance and exit and no turn-around once to the parking lot.
