'Fantastic stay at the lotus beach hotel. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Snorkeling right is the beach coast was a nice bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!! '

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'This resort fell why short of my expectations. The images was a false reflection of the accommodations and access to the pool was via the restaurant which I found to be inconvenient. It also lacked the basic amenities I am accustomed to in a resort. The staff was no super helpful when I asked for stuff for the room. '

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. '

Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. '

'Beautiful room with everything you need (fridge, coffee maker, soaps, TV with Netflix log in). WiFi was good. There were both a ceiling fan and AC. They offer beach towels, but don't have very many, so make sure you ask early or bring your own. All in all the room was very comfortable. Location is good, 10 mins walk to the North beach and 3 min walk from the main street. 3 mins to the ferry terminal. The staff was polite enough, but not very friendly. We felt like we were an annoyance to them,...

'Wat een prachtig sfeervol hotel en luxe 2 kamer appartement. Super locatie, gelegen aan het mooiste en gezelligste stukje strand Playa Norte. Op loopafstand van het dorp. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. '
