'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. 'Ok the staff including everyone, hotel staff and security were AWESOME!! The pool was great and the cold vanilla lattes were spot on. There were a lot of water activities but we didn’t do any because we were too busy going on outings. The property needs a proper road, if you go here you’ll understand but by no means does it take away from the stay. Dinning in is not so good, menu is limited and breakfast was very limited and cold. 'I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'

'The hotel was quite okay, but in my opinion it’s not a beach resort since you have to walk a bit to reach the water, and the beach itself isn’t very nice. The room felt fairly worn down, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. If you want to stay by the sea, I recommend choosing a hotel a bit outside of Cebu or staying at Mangodlong Paradise Beach Resort on Camotes Island, which is beautifully located.
