'Was voor ons de eerste keer in een resort en dat was wel even wennen. De start was niet gelukkig omdat we eerst lekker werden gemaakt met een upgrade en dus een zouden we een kamer krijgen met uitzicht op de zee. Was inderdaad mooie locatie maar helaas was er die dag of kort ervoor iets gerenoveerd/geverfd in de kamer en er hing een heel sterke aceton lucht die helaas niet weg ging. We kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer zonder uitzicht en dat was een beetje onbevredigend. Dag later hebben...

'The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.'

The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

'I had a wonderful stay at Sentido Naga Bay and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel kindly upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The modern interiors and attention to detail made the entire resort feel luxurious and welcoming. 'All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. 'Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. 'Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.'
