'All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. 'Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. 'Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged.
