'My family and I had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly!'

'Pool was not usable, totally green and half full of water like you see during the winter time. My room smelled like marijuana horribly. I complained to the front desk and they said someone was probably smoking a marijuana vape outside by my air conditioner which was sucked into my room. Ridiculous excuse and offered no discount or help. And there was trash EVERYWHERE you look in the parking area, not just cigarette butts but empty soda, beer cans and whiskey bottles. 'We will 100% never stay here again. The shower wasn't the cleanest, it had a weird pink stain. I got cold, so grabbed a comforter and it had a spot of dried blood on it. 'We only needed a place to cool down, clean up and rest after a wonderful concert experience at Ozarks Amphitheater…this facility fit those needs. Obviously it appears to be a work in progress for the better but for our needs…it was perfect!'

'We greatly appreciated the helpful staff! They sent text messages to check on us and when our first room was not going to work due to mobility issues, they quickly and kindly helped us move. This is a very challenging property for anyone with mobility limitations. It can be done, but call ahead to get more info on options. The amenities and activities are great to have, but everything seems to have an extra cost so budget for extra costs.'
