'I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. '

'Main heater in room did not work and small space heater was not strong enough to heat room. Alao the tv did not work alot of the time because it was not cable but had to stream off the internet. They changed me to a different room but then i had to change back as the tv did not work at all.'

'This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!'

'April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views.
