'Host was super friendly and communtive. The massive couch and bed are super comfy and the Smart TV was app friendly and ready to go! Loved the LED lights through-out the townhome. The balcony also had a comfy chair to enjoy the outside weather in.'

'The location was great and the room was clean, but as soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. Fortunately, we quickly noticed that the bathroom sink was missing its drain stopper, so we were given a different room. However, the new room also had a musty smell, although it was less noticeable than in the first one. The air conditioning was also much too loud for our liking. We won’t be staying here again.'

'The property was nice the property was clean the problem we had with this Hilton just like the last three Hilton properties we have stayed at is we can’t get our room cleaned. We have talked to the hosts and hostess’s of all the Hilton properties and have been unable to get our rooms cleaned. We put our placard which says we want the room cleaned but they are ignored. Why do we pay for a Hilton and get motel six service. Our rooms don’t get cleaned so every single evening we end up going to the...

'Did not look like bed sheets were changed from last guest and several smaller annoying problems. Front desk tried to resolve problems, but too many to bother staying here again. Clean other than the sheets.'

'The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.'
