'The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating.
We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim.'

'Flight came in early and was able to check in early without any issue. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that since the rooms have hardwood floors it echoes and the walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear a full conversation next door or in the hallway. Also the kitchenette didn’t have any pots or pans or utensil. Not a huge deal since they just opened up recently but the echo thing is my only real gripe. If your neighbor snores could be a long night.'

'This is a very old hotel and it is on the historical list. The furniture in the room was worn off, the desk chair had the fabric wearing away, and the Internet was awful. No matter what time of day or night you tried to log on, you may not get on or it was very slow. Also, the Internet would try to log you into the hotel down the street.
