'We came for a high school graduation and it was perfect for our stay in Southfield. Rooms were large and had a refrigerator and kitchen area. Staff were helpful and breakfast (included) was a nice addition. The pool was family friendly and was fun for my niece.'

'While this was a cute old hotel with new life be breathed into it...there were a few things that were disappointing. The lobby and breakfast room is on the second floor! I did not see an elevator although there may have been one I missed. But is was a strange set up to say the least. They did have a cool Vinyl room and a pool table that you can play for free but they charge for everything else. For example the lock box for your valuables in the room! Really! Then there is NO live TV! They...

'The staff was very helpful with fixing my room issue when I discovered my assigned room didn't match what I booked. I was reassigned to a accessible bedroom which was an upgrade (bedroom vs studio), but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom wasn't clean at all - there was still dried toothpaste on the sink faucet and handle, the bathroom counter and toliet didn't appear to be wiped down and the side table next to the bed had something spilled on it that had dried and...
