'The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again.'

'Upon walking in to the property the first thing I noticed was a can of ant/roach spray on the shelf. There was a reason because the unit had bugs. The air conditioning was turned off and there was a musty smell in the whole property. Our party was for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We messaged the owner around 430pm and finally got a message back around 1030pm allowing us to take a towel from the "property of owner " cabinet and added for us not to take anything else which seemed...

'This is a beautiful old house that has been remodeled and decorated beautifully. It's very clean and would hold a lot of guests. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. And the host answered us quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend it.'

'Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table.'

'The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again.'

'Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate prompt communication from host'

'Great Place. Would stay again.'

'Worked great for 4 guys to each stay in their own room and to have three bathrooms was a huge plus. Games downstairs and nice living room and kitchen area.'

'This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.'

'Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.'

'The host was amazing and the communication about what was needed to be done was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!'

'Cute place. Not too much to report only because we were literally there to sleep after a concert so we didn’t use anything… But the upstairs bathroom would turn to lock, but it wouldn’t latch which wasn’t inconvenience.'

'The property was very nice. Just be aware there are over $80 in extra fees not reflected in the price for cleaning and “service”.'
