'Pinder from the front desk was an absolute gentleman. There was a minor issue but he resolved this within a minute! Would definitely be able to charge more with a few minor changes - excellent customer service and very clean rooms.'

'The pool's not working. There is no breakfast even though on the app it says there is breakfast provided there's tea and coffee 24 hours. There was no shower curtain in our room. The heat lamp bulb was missing even though it turned on. The door in the bathroom was completely tore up like a dog had been in there. To me it was still worth it because the price of the hotel for $62 I thought was good'

'This is the best place to stay in Bellingham, by far. The rooms themselves are spotless, spacious, and have nice views and huge bathtubs. The toiletries they provide are nice products and they smell great. The proximity to the downtown fairhaven area is also great because you can do a little walk around the boardwalk and over to the shops. Overall incredible experience, this was my second stay and I’m coming back anytime I have a reason to be in Bellingham for a night.'

'This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending."
