'The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. '

'We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The location is terrific, just steps from Piazza Maggiore, the main square, with lots of activity, shops, and great food. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment as we were exploring Bologna but it was comfortable. The apartment itself is quite large and the a/c in the bedroom was really appreciated. The building entrance is beautiful. Thank goodness for the tiny elevator as the stairs were steep. The only downside was that we couldn't figure out...

'The chalets are very noisy. You can hear the neighbours walk in their room and when they happen to speak up a little loud you can hear everything. The rooms are non-smoking but they have ash trays so there had been smoking in the room. It stank. For the rest it was clean, there was airco.'
