'Excellent service from the front desk personnel. And the chef at this sometime-open restaurant for dinner should advertise more. His sandwiches and cakes are excellent. The room and bathrooms were clean. Only one suggestion: Install a cellphone power unit in the room. (I forgot my power cord.) '

'Room was clean. AC kept room tolerable. But did not reduce temperature in room until early morning hours even though setting was reduced. Breakfast was great as usual. Managers reception was a bust. A trend since COVID. Rather than go out for dinner we ate at the bar. Salad and flatbread was a good choice.'

'First time at a Hyatt Hotel, everyone was so nice, and everything was clean. Breakfast was perfect; I just wish they had a few packaged gluten-free breakfast items. Arkansas is beautiful this time of year.'

'The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...
