Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, and right across the street from 8th St market & the Momentary. Short walking distance to Walmart HQ. My place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing

The Space:
This cool cozy space is designed to be enjoyable and feel at home after a long day of exploring all that Downtown Bentonville has to offer. Whether its an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen bed. The day bed under the windows in the living room would be great for a kid if you need a little extra space. There is a tv in the living room and master bedroom both with streaming service only so make sure you bring your sign on info to watch.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard except 1 locked bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
I am close to all that Downtown Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas has to offer. I am also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office ( very close walking distance, quarter of a mile or less. Walking distance to Thaden School, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops!

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, Uber, drive.

We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.
