'House was cute and fit in Hermann. Stairs to downstairs rooms and upper loft were very steep and narrow. Downstairs bedrooms did not have doors to close them off. House was clean and fit our needs great. The dishwasher did leak a little and there were ants on the counters so storing our snacks took more effort than normal. 'Everything was good only a few things I'd suggest, the shower in the main bathroom could use a nonslip pad, my sister almost slipped and fell. Tv and fireplace remotes need new batteries and a side table on both sides of the beds would be great. It's a lovely house, thank you for leaving breakfast and coffee and water and orange juice. That was very nice! The house is so convenient to everything!! Love that.'

'Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. 'Wonderful home right on the Katy trail. We loved our stay, the house was a great location for a few days of biking. Being able to come home and use the hot tub was a huge plus. We loved Phillys pizza and Cori twins bar great people and atmosphere. We have rented many homes/condos in the past years, but I do have to say the extras this house provided topped them all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would and will recommend.'

'Small farm town feel. Nice job renovating the location. If you’re looking at cooking or doing in the kitchen, they have everything you need there. Lighting in the bedroom throughout the night. It is pretty light with the street lights as there are no shades so if your used to sleeping in dark rooms that will not happen here. Very historic building we were not there very much other than to just sleep.'
