'2 Pool was closed all night and that's the reason we came with the kids. When we arrived our refrigerator wasn't working and had to wait in the room for it to be swapped out. Last night we had to wait forever for someone to bring out more plates for the apps and same with breakfast '

'Clean room, great bed, no roaches. Hot water was bad; also the pressure was weak. The vents didn't work in the bathroom. I wish the Sushi AI was open we would have eaten that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn't eat the hotel breakfast. Overall a nice stay, I'll go back. '

'I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor...

'The hotel was under construction. The rooms had no smoking signs on them, but reeked of cigarette smoke and human urine would not recommend again. I guess you get what you pay for it. $100 a night hotel.'

'It appears this property has been updated. The staff was very nice. The only issue I had was that you could hear the traffic on the side facing the interstate. Bathrooms are clean. I would stay here again.'

'When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.'

'Pros: Location, parking, affordability, good water pressure and heat with shower, staff friendly & helpful, included warm & cold breakfast, has a pool & hot tub, and our room was clean with comfortable beds. Cons: Slightly older hotel property so wasn’t as nice as the on-line pictures appeared, right off the interstate and a frontage road as we could hear the interstate noise throughout the night especially semi’s. '

'They did not have a shuttle driver always available. It was an inconvenience to fly away. Had to Uber thinking I had a shovel service.'
