The quality of the food was average. The size of the pool at this facility was extremely small considering they have 10 stories of rooms. The pool was so small, compared to the quantity of guests you could not reach your arms out without touching someone else. My room was not ready when I arrived....

'We booked a king room but when we checked in we got a double queen. They said the couldn’t fix the situation because they didn’t have any other king rooms. Frustrating. '

'I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor...

'Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. There was a sign on the front desk saying there is no maid/housekeeping and it definitely showed. As other reviews for the...

When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.'

'They ran out of food the second day of our stay. Our TV never worked for the three days we were there. Hallways smelled like weed. Walls were so thin we could hear people’s conversations and phones vibrating. They also charge $10 a day for parking. Did not find staff friendly either. Felt like a bother. Will not return. '
