'The staff was very friendly. The property was clean but there was an odd smell on our floor and in our room. The air-conditioner didn't seem to be functioning very well. The carpet felt wet. I will stay there again if I need to but only because the staff is awesome.'

'I checked into a room that had bloody sheets. You could tell the sheets weren’t changed at all. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled the situation even with pictures of proof they did nothing to accommodate.'

'普普通通 旅行居住合适'

'As we walked through the lobby door we were met with a terrible odor. Not only was the pool closed, they were remolding the area so we had to listen to a loud jackhammer for several hours. I forgot to mention the sinks that were out in the bushes in front of the lobby. Immediately I asked the guy at the desk if I could just get my money back and was told no. Not only that, he told me that I needed to leave a $100 deposit…. NEVER AGAIN….'

'Helaas konden we geen gebruik maken van het zwembad ivm kapotte pomp. Verder de kwaliteit die je van deze keten verwacht.'

'The staff is amazing Janet went above and beyond to get things settled.'
