'Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. The couch had visible spots and hair on it. There appeared to be red stains or residue on the curtains. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. These conditions did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort and negatively impacted our stay.'

'I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see.'

'We had two rooms and both rooms where a bit rough…one of our sons beds had long hairs all over the sheets and stains on them. There was a shaving razor in the shower and the other room the towels were all stained and there were dirty socks left on the floor and again one of the beds hair stains on the sheets. The only plus was there wasn’t any bed bugs. In the morning There was a sign that there was no maid service.'
