'The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. 'Clean place and friendly people, would stay again'

'Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. One day they didn’t attend to the room, the pillows were very thin, and their system overcharged parking by $300 (but once I caught it they fixed the error.) Overall I’d stay again, but we’d bring our own pillows.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. 'This was the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, probably ever. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and nothing but lovely. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the beds, bedding and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The curtains completely darkened my room and I barely heard a sound like you often do from the streets, hallway or other rooms. When you enter the hotel, it’s like a scavenger hunt with lots of doors that have hidden art behind them. The actual lobby is on the 12th floor...

'The stay was great! Clean rooms, the pool area was clean, and the vibes were also there. There is a bar and a cute sitting area the second floor. The only downside was the parking. They had valet for an up charge but there was street parking nearby.'

'The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.'

'The shower would only work on full hot water if you tried to turn it down to some colder water it would barely come out of the shower head. The refrigerator would not get cold enough to keep drinks cold.'

'Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience'
