'My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. '

The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. 'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Second time I've stayed, and the last! First time room was super dirty, same goes the second. Gross orange mold in the comers of the shower. Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Cool hotel, lousy management.'

'The staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is a bit outdated room wise but was clean, the bathtub had some noticeable rust stains though. The breakfast buffet was very nice, while we didn't use the pool it was very popular!'

'Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information. Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping. A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute.'
