'The food was great, the staff was nice. We felt great the whole time we were there. The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. When they fixed, it was cold only, and the room was freezing, but it was the last room available in the hotel. The pool was extremely cold, which is...

'Great location to baseball, the Arch, River, etc. Easy access and can pay for valet or self park in the garage attached to the building. No breakfast included but lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Music in outside courtyard was heard well from the room, but ended at 11pm.'

'We pulled in late night with a u-haul truck and the friendly and accommodating desk clerk had a space on the street marked off for us! The location, easy on and off the Interstate, is right downtown and next to sports arenas but for us was very quiet and safe street parking (cars have a garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We'd stay here again.'

'Was the perfect fit my family and I were looking for. We wanted to find a hotel for spring break with our kids that had free breakfast and a pool. Lines were long for breakfast (due to us spring breakers) but it was very good and staff was amazing. Location was convenient to Arch, stadium, and City Museum. Only negative was parking-valet was only option, and a little pricy. Overall a very positive experience! '

'Very cute boutique hotel. Parking around the area was inconvenient but understandable in downtown. Valet is available as well as a parking garage on the next block. The restaurant is cute and the food was good but very limited selection. '

'Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information. Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping. A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute.'

'Make sure you read the rules. Properly dress in specific areas. No hats allowed no gym clothes in the lobby. On and on.'

'My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. '

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
