'Honestly some of the best service I have ever had or my wife has. We went for our anniversary. The valet were speedy and very welcoming, front desk was VERY informative and helpful. We went for drinks later that night and we could not have loved the bartenders more. Also please check out any exhibits they have they ar absolutely amazing!'

'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
