'Everyone was friendly and helpful room was nice and clean'

'The staff was generally friendly, but the housekeeping service in the evening was very disappointing. I called around 12 PM requesting two extra blankets for my bed. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I called again. Another 30 minutes passed and still nothing. At that point, I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk myself. A staff member finally provided the blankets, but by then it was already past 1 AM. This whole process significantly disrupted my sleep. If they had...
