'Great hotel! The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The pool and gym area was very peaceful! The hotel rooms were clean, I would recommend leaving more towels in the hotel rooms though. We only received more and had to request more. But, other than that I have no complaints.'

Carpet in room had a smell. Maintenance was very responsive to address the issue. However, I think corporate should have a better schedule to replace the carpet. It was obvious that it had far passed its useful life.'

'Room was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. There was literally no options. I came to my room every night around 8/9 and literally NO parking spots. I had to drive around for awhile to wait for someone to leave to even get a parking spoting. In my room you have to turn the water on cold in order to get hot water. The towel holder was coming out the wall. Overall it was ok but it was cheap so I wasnt expecting much'

'We have stayed on this property on numerous occasions over the years. What we have noticed is a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms, amenities offered (no coffee available anymore prior to boarding a shuttle (yes, they do have an area you can purchase coffee but for 200+ per night? Jeez....give us a to go cup and coffee in a urn). The room, hmm.....there was a skid mark in our toilet bowl (it wasn't us) . However, we didn't notice since we checked in at like 12:30AM, were exhausted...

'Staff is really kind & helpful. But the building is older needs a few touches and the blankets that are made out of fleece, were stiff as heck! Lol ahahaha. I was not happy the pool wasn’t working so I was sent to a different hotel to use their pool and we did but the staff in the other hotel were mean.'

'Great stay. I can tell the owners have been working hard to make improvements. I slept well, my room was clean. Everything worked and the staff was helpful. Areas for improvement would include replacing the current mattresses and maybe to create a space where people can hang out amd lounge outside so they aren’t just sitting around a parking lot.'
